Today we present a quick and easy recipe that will make your taste buds explode: LLemon Creamy. With just 3 ingredients and very few steps, you will prepare an irresistible dessert that will win over young and old alike. Let’s find out how to make it together!

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 2 organic lemons (we will use the peel as a container and the juice of one lemon for the cream)
  • 500 g fresh cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for flavouring)

Preparation:

  • Thoroughly wash the organic lemons and cut them in half;
  • Gently remove the pulp with a teaspoon, taking care not to damage the peel, which we will use as a container;
  • Cut the pulp and make juice from it. You need the juice of one lemon for the cream.

2. Preparing the Cream πŸ₯„

  • In a saucepan, pour the 500 g fresh cream and add the 100 g sugar;
  • Bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking;
  • When the cream starts to boil, add the lemon juice and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

3. Flavouring 🌿

  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and add fresh mint leaves if you want an extra touch of freshness. Leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes.

4.Filling and Cooling 🍨

  • Remove the mint leaves and pour the cream into the empty lemon halves;
  • Place the filled lemons in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours, until the cream is well solidified.
